There are many times in life when we just feel dominated by negativity.
And ... we just accept it. romance books,
... frustrated ... but always accepting all as normality.
Personally ... i've had enough of that.
I've had thousands of such experiences... and i've never really knew what i must do.
But ....i also had moments when i've just disconnected.
And ... suddenly all passed.
I felt .... I've actually cut the connection with those negative energies.
Few hours later ... all was different.
No more ... anger.
... or jealousy.
Or fear.
Frustration.
And actually .... no sign of negativity.
It was a great trick.
I've disconnected.
Not talking anymore ... at least for a while ... with that person ... or those persons ... and all was ok.
So ... i've asked myself ... how could i be such an idiot for so, so many years ... not realising that remaining connected to that source of negativity for my soul ... i am going to suffer like an idiot?!
I've realised it.
But it was ... late.
I've already had a life ... with lots of sources from where i was feeding my soul with negativity.
... without realising it.
Cutting all those connections ... disconnecting from all those people ... would mean today .... to start a totally new life.
Maybe ... with new people.
The theory itself looks weird.
Unfortunately ... is real.
I have moments .... when i can keep that in mind.
But ... also moments when i forget it.
... or simple can't disconnect .
Somehow .... I can't accept that a person ... which is dear to me ... could give me negative energies ... consciously or unconsciously ... and all i must do is cut those energetic cords ... till this trend will stop.
So ... i dare to say ... accepting that life is weird ... and anyone has the right to remain anchored in positive or
negative energies ... but we should all try to be more selective when remaining connected to the people from the stage of our lives.
And ... the moment when we dislike the vibes ... smile ... disappear ... and disconnect.
For .... a shorter or longer time.
Or even ... forever.
Disconnecting is a way ... of protecting ourselves.
I ... truly ... believe that we have the right to do that.
It is maybe ... a fundamental right.
No matter if is a close friend, a parent, brother or sister, the child, the life partner ... or anyone else.
We should stay connected only to beautiful vibes.
... and away from the ugly energies.
